Claims

Authorization comes before repair work.

Use this sequence after a breakdown and confirm the exact claims administrator, repair-facility requirements, and benefits in your contract.

  1. 1

Stop driving if the vehicle is unsafe.

  2. 2

Bring the vehicle to an eligible repair facility.

  3. 3

Provide the vehicle service contract information.

  4. 4

Ask the repair facility to submit its diagnosis.

  5. 5

    Wait while authorization is reviewed.

  6. 6

    Complete only approved covered repairs.

  7. 7

Payment is handled according to the contract.

Before the diagnosis

Safety first. Contract second. Authorization third.

The claims provider and roadside process must be configured before launch.

1. Safety guidance

Stop driving when continuing could be unsafe or cause additional damage. Use emergency services when the situation requires them.

2. Roadside support

Roadside benefits are not assumed. Review the contract and use the configured roadside number only when that benefit is included.

3. Repair facility

Confirm which facilities qualify before diagnosis or repair. The repair facility normally communicates its findings to claims.

What a claims review decides

A claims review may consider contract status, the reported failure, diagnosis, covered components, exclusions, maintenance evidence, authorization requirements, deductible, and any limits. This website does not promise approval or payment before that review.
