Topics the final policy must address
- Categories of personal information collected and their sources
- Purposes, retention periods, and legal bases where applicable
- CRM, payment, authentication, analytics, and service providers
- State privacy rights and request-verification procedures
- Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and opt-out treatment

Quote and consent records
The product is designed to record the consent language shown, acceptance status, timestamp, server-observed IP address, source page, and attribution data. The final policy must accurately describe that processing.
Optional analytics and session replay
With your permission, the website uses Google Tag Manager to deliver Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure page visits, quote progress, campaign performance, clicks, scrolling, and broad device type. Optional analytics stay off until you select “Accept analytics.”
Contact details and payment information are not analytics event properties. Forms are explicitly masked for Clarity, authenticated administration and customer areas are excluded from replay, and payment fields are hosted by the approved payment provider rather than recorded on this website.
Campaign attribution
When available, the website may associate a random visitor and session identifier, original landing page, referral source, campaign tags, advertisement identifier, broad device type, and new-versus-returning status with a submitted quote or contact request. These identifiers are not names, email addresses, phone numbers, VINs, or payment details.
Your choices
You may accept or decline optional analytics in the cookie banner and reopen the choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not prevent you from using the quote, contact, claims, or customer features.
